Our focus this month has been on mental health and wellness. It's no secret that this has been an incredibly difficult year all around the world. Mental health has often been over-shadowed by other seemingly "more important" topics. Yet this this, as we all contend with lockdowns and changed lives the conversation about mental health is changing. Recognizing the challenges so many face, this month I interviewed the founders of Bright Butterfly.
